He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Michelle (Brian), Nick (Melissa), Rick (Wendy), Teresa (Blake), Vicky (Tom) and Lamar; his brother James (Janice); and his sister-in-law Glenda. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established.
