He is survived by: his parents, Finis Stropes and Zofia Stropes (Ptak); his wife Kellie Morrissey; his children, Brody Stropes (Xandra), Kolton Stropes (Jessi), Alyssa Stropes (Hunter) and Tristan Stropes; his grandchildren, Zabella, Willow, Karter and Karlee; and his brother Hank Stropes (Amy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Andalusia Fire Station (212 1st St, Andalusia, IL 61232).
