She is survived by: her daughter Sara Casey of Andalusia; her grandchildren, Kayla Purdy (Robert) of Andalusia, Tyler Casey of Andalusia, Scottie, Anna Chaplin of Davenport and Levi Mallinger (Brittany) of Wisconsin; her great grandchildren, R. J., Kayden and Kamilla; her siblings, Martha Belluschi (Tony) of Portland, OR and Richard Mull (Elise) of Ames, IA; her friends, Phyllis Robinson and Rick; Denny and Rose. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family requests that memorials be made in Mary Ann's name to the Andalusia Volunteer Ambulance or the QC Animal Welfare Center.
