He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Poling and Norma Poling (Glick). He is survived by: his spouse Kim Ireland; his children, Chad, Eric, Amber Matter (Kevin), Raegan Calvert (Brian) and Stephanie Davis (Derrick); his grandchildren, Kameron, Kelsie, Kaylea, Auston, Heath, Kayden, Jordan and Matthew; and his brothers, Randy (Laura), Ron (Aleksandra), Kevin and Kent (Vickie). He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and great friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
