It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert L Davenport of Andalusia, Illinois, born in Viola, Illinois, who passed away on March 31, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Davenport and Gladys Davenport (Brown); his wife Joanne Peterson; and his siblings, Mildred, Dorothy, Dallas, Marilyn, Martha, Chuck and Benjamin.
He is survived by: his pet Baxter; his daughters, Tracy Patterson (John) of Bentonville, AR, Laurie Finch (Rick) of Andalusia, IL and Tia Woods (Bill) of Englewood, FL; his grandchildren, Erin, Bryan, Cody, Emily and Allyson; and his great grandchildren, Payton, Corbin and Abel.
Memorials may be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Bob.
