She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlin Diercks and Irene Diercks (Westendorf). She is survived by: her husband Michael Hixson; her sons, Jamie Hixson (Britta) and Corey Hixson (Kristi); and her grandsons, Keagan, Kaiden, Chase and Levi Hixson. She is also survived by sisters and a brother; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the family for a fund to be established.
