He is survived by : his parents, Herman Chapman and Jennifer Chapman; his brother Owen Chapman; his grandmothers, Beverly Stecher and Leah Glasco; his children, Jaycee and Onyx; his great-grandparents, Myrtie Boyd, Minnie Benefield, Kathy and Ken Erb; his aunt Kasie Patzelt; and his uncle Christopher Chapman.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are encouraged and can be directed to the family and/or to the funeral home to help offset the expenses for the family.
