She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lyerla and Laverne Hartline; her husband James Boyd; her son James L. "Jimmy" Boyd; and her sisters, Loretta Miller, Norma Robinett and Virginia Jenkerson.
She is survived by: her children, Terri Boyd of Anna and David Boyd of Carbondale; her grandchildren, Angela Cottone (Chance) of Marion and Chelsie Boyd of Anna; her great grandchildren, Samantha, Jamie, Caleb, Madison and Mallory; her great great grandchildren, Kaden, Wyatt, Cyrus, Kyson and Kreed; her sister Janetta Burks of Metamora; and her aunt Ilene Nipper of Granite City. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
