It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Edward Oberts of Anna, Illinois, born in Cairo, Illinois, who passed away on March 26, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Lawrence Harold and Myrtle Jane Oberts (Foltz); his wife Becky Oberts; and his siblings, Calvin, Lloyd, Larry and Sarah Evans.

He is survived by : his daughter Theresa Oberts; and his sister Annie Cooper.

Memorial donations may be made to Rose Hill Cemetery and will be accepted at the funeral home.
