He was predeceased by: his parents, James Richard and Lorell Wilkins; and his sister Mary Wilkins-Wallace. He is survived by: his wife Sue Wilkins of Ullin; his sons, Dirk (Ginger) of Lawrence, KS and Scott of Anna; his grandchildren, Christopher Wilkins (Vedrano), Todd Wilkins (Marianna) and Natalie (Garrett); and his sister Carole Wilkins-Dunkerson of Detroit, MI.
