She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. McIntosh and Irene C. McIntosh (Casper). She is survived by: her spouse Dale Brooks; her children, Tracy Roberts (Larry) and Matt Brooks; her grandchildren, Kelly Roberts, Ashley Roberts-Horn (Taylor), Bryan Roberts (Abby) and Lindsey Roberts; her brother Larry McIntosh (Trish); and her niece Kim Menees (Nathan).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Crain Funeral Home - Anna (135 W Vienna St, Anna, IL 62906). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
