She is survived by: her spouse Dale Brooks; her children, Tracy Roberts (Larry) and Matt Brooks; her grandchildren, Kelly Roberts, Ashley Roberts-Horn (Taylor), Bryan Roberts (Abby) and Lindsey Roberts; her brother Larry McIntosh (Trish); and her niece Kim Menees (Nathan).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
