She was predeceased by: her parents, John Elmer Houghlan and Verna May Edmonds Houghlan; her husband James Keller; her siblings, Hattie Houghlan, John Houghlan (Jetta), Dorothy Henard, Helen Anderson (Bob), Rachel Dodson and Doris Davis (Chuck); her niece Pat Chamness (Robert Chamness); and her sister-in-law Pat Abernathy.
She is survived by: her children, Denise Pippins (Don), James "Jimmy" Keller (Norine) and Diana Alley (Jacob); her grandchildren, Jake Alley (Charlene), Natalie Shasteen (Zach Mileur), Josh Alley (Ashley), Lindsey Pippins and James "Bub" Keller (Shelby); her great grandchildren, Titus Pippins, Grace Pippins, Micah Pippins, Addyson Alley, Hayes Alley, Shaelyn Keller, Beran Keller, Hattie Keller, Keller Mileur and Madeleine Mileur; and her brother-in-law Larry Keller (Brenda).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Harvest Church for the NextGen Building, reflecting JoAnn's lifelong passion for children's and youth ministry.
