He was predeceased by: his parents, John Arnold Schneider and Jewel Schneider (Holmes); and his son Johnny A. Schneider. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Schneider (Hammer); and his stepchildren, Paula Doolin (Joel) of Colorado, Beth Stell of Jonesboro, IL and Tracey Bramlett of Anna, IL. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and a large and loving extended family including aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Murphysboro Event Center (1329 Walnut St, Murphysboro, IL 62966). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
