She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Perry and Peggy Perry (Hale); and her sister Lisa Sowers. She is survived by: her husband Kevin Smith; her sons, Shane Pribble and Dustin Smith; her granddaughter Jocelyn Pribble; her brothers, Greg Perry (Melinda) and Terry Hale (Paula); her siblings-in-law, Betty Powless, Karen Alsip, Judy Johnson, Anna Lee Johnson, Rocky Smith (Missy), Steve Sowers and Johnie Smith (Eva); and her pet Kai. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Memorial donations may be made to Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
