He was predeceased by : his parents, Aston "Bud" McIntosh and Pauline McIntosh (Vick); his siblings, Beverly McIntosh, Gary McIntosh, Jane McCaleb and Pete McIntosh; and his niece Nikki McIntosh.
He is survived by : his daughters, Amber Wachter (Ryan) of Jonesboro and Ashley McIntosh of Jonesboro; his grandchildren, Addison McIntosh, Mayson Smith and Ava Jane Wachter; his girlfriend Karen Moss of Anna; his siblings, Brenda Litton (Ronnie) of Johnston City, Bobby McIntosh of West Frankfort and Randy McIntosh of Johnston City; his former life partner Melissa Smith; his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Lannom, Whitlea McIntosh, Ashton McIntosh, Kristy McIntosh and Aston McIntosh; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kolton Lannom, Bryce Albright, Maximum McIntosh, Maliki McIntosh and Kay'oira Jachelle Patton; and his pet Sox.
