He is survived by: his children, Tammy Nance, Eric Sullens (Roxanna) and Michael "Andy" Sullens (Caron); his grandchildren, Aries, Zander Sullens, Tim Nance (Susan), Joe, Scott Nance (Jody), Ethan (Kristina) and Dalton Myers (Kimberly); his great grandchildren, Nicole Potter (Kris), Macayla, Landon, Adam, Hannah Nance, Avery, Skylar Myers, Brody and Hudson; his stepmother Norma Sullens; and his siblings, LaVerne Sullens and Douglas Sullens. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
