She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred E. Jr. Bauer and Nell Louise Bauer (Ellis); her brothers, Louis Wayne Bauer and Steven Ray Bauer; her nephew Russell Wayne Bauer; her stepdaughter Renae Myers; and her brother-in-law Greg Ballard.

She is survived by: her husband Steve Ballard; her stepdaughter Ashley Trimue (Josh); her grandchildren, Madison Myers, Natalee Passley, Connor, Carter and Corbin Trimue; her great grandchild Hudson Levi Meeks; and her sisters-in-law, Sue Bauer, Sandra McKinnon (Mike), Cindy Mosby (Bruce) and Beverly Warshawsky (Bob). She is also survived by nieces, nephews; numerous close friends.

A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Jonesboro Cemetery.

Memorial contributions are preferred to the Jonesboro United Methodist Church.
