He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lucy Toperman; his children, Eugene Toperman (Svetlana) and Anna Vysokovskaya (Michael Meyers); his grandson Dan Toperman; his sibling Adel Vakhina (late Valeriy); his sibling's children, Alla Mamedova (Rafik) and Yulia Vakhina; and his caregiver Svetlana Kohut.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Shalom Chapel Service Shalom Memorial Funeral Home (1700 W Rand Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004).
