She is survived by: her mother Doris Jean Jackson; her husband Jeff Horton; her children, Melissa Hale (Dustin) and Ryan Horton; her grandchildren, Peyton Hale, Azalea, Willow and Simon Horton; her stepfather Joel Samuels (Linda); and her siblings, Todd Samuels (Sandy), Tracy Samuels (Tonia), Troy Samuels, Taylor Samuels, Tony Samuels, Terri Elliott (Bill), Tricia Samuels (Phillip Wright), Tamra Samuels and Tori Samuels. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
