He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Slusher and Ruth Slusher (Sitton); his son Luke Slusher; his granddaughter Haleigh Slusher; and his brothers, Richard Allen Slusher and Earl Wayne Slusher.

He is survived by: his sons, Eric Slusher and Buddy Slusher; his grandsons, Luke Slusher, Kaleb Slusher and Kevin Slusher; and his siblings, Gary Slusher, Jack Slusher (Christina) and Tina Peterson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be made to Crain Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
