He is survived by: his parents, William Bryan Ballard, Jr. and Sally Jo Ballard; his siblings, Joshua Ballard of Champaign, Sarah Sims (Brent) of Anna and Jami Peters (Matthew) of Jackson, Missouri.; his siblings' children, Zane DeWitt (Emily Gregge), Hannah Proctor (Nicholas), Taeborn DeWitt, Carter Sims, Heidi Ballard, Grady Ballard, Miles Ballard, Kylie Peters and Gunner Peters; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Monroe Proctor, Kade DeWitt and Oliver DeWitt. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Anna-Jonesboro Elks Lodge #1641 (427 E Jefferson St, Anna, IL 62906).
