He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd S. Dunlap, Sr. and Elizabeth "Toots" Pointon; his son William Charles Dunlap; and his siblings, Lloyd S. Dunlap, Jr., James Tague, Larry Joe Tague and Betty Doyle.
He is survived by: his wife Donna M. Dunlap of Annapolis, Illinois; his daughter Amy Wheeler of Chesterton, Indiana; and his sisters, Martha Hunt of Florida and Linda Alonzo of Kingman, Indiana. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
