He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph N. Powers and Betty J. Powers (Gloecklie). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Powers; his children, Tabitha Reneé Powers, Micheal Wayne Powers and Robert Norman Jason Powers; his brother Donald; and his sisters-in-law, Amber Powers, Martha Connely, Victoria Slane and Patches Slane. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Marshall Lodge #133 or Shriners Hospitals for Children.
