She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon L. Sr. Blackert and Alice Blackert, Sr. (Pratt); her husband Donavon Kleckner; her brothers, Vernon "Red" Blackert Jr. and Gerald Blackert; her sisters-in-law, Betty Blackert, Mary Ann Blackert, Joyce Blackert and Rita Blackert; her siblings' children, Pamela Kostner, Kirk Blackert and Shawn Blackert; and her great-nephew Noah DeRycke.
She is survived by: her siblings, Ralph Blackert of Geneseo, IL, Walter Blackert of Mineral, IL and Linda Billiet of Winter Haven, FL. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
