He was predeceased by: his parents, Georgina Kogerup (Stone) and Herbert Kogerup. He is survived by: his wife Karin; his daughters, Heike Petersen (Daniel) of Spring Grove, IL and Ingrid Biela (Brian) of Lake Forest, IL; and his grandsons, Blake, Alex, Brendan, Cameron, Zachary and Joshua.
