He is survived by: his wife Christine Lamb; his children, Kelly Welch (Dan) of Holmen, WI and Kevin Schmidtke of Lombard, IL; his stepchildren, Joseph Berrios of Ingleside, Nicole Anderson (Anthony) of Silver Lake, WI and Ryan Lamb of Trevor, WI; and his grandchildren, Jordan Pierce and Oliver Bach. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
