He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Skvarce and Albina Skvarce. He is survived by: his wife Claudette Koncan; his children, Ginger Ipsen (Kent) of Antioch, IL and Freddie Skvarce (Brianna) of Spring Grove, IL; his grandchildren, Elle, Piper, Emery, Freddie, Brek, Mak and Karlie; and his sister Margie Durand of Anaheim, CA. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
