With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jan M. Walczak of Antioch, Illinois, who passed away on November 6, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joyce Weber (Katzenberg) and Raymond C. Weber; her siblings, Shelly Walczak, Ward and Dale Weber; and her brothers-in-law, David O'Halleran and John Walczak.
She is survived by: her husband Ed Walczak; her children, Robin Walczak (Chris Everett) of Genoa City, WI and Bob Walczak (Holly) of Genoa City, WI.; her grandchildren, Oliver, Lilly and Bella; her siblings, Joan O'Halleran, Nancy Mojica (Ernesto), Paula Gartner (George), Steve Weber (Sherry), Tyler Weber (Josie) and Paul Weber; and her sister-in-law Sue Weber. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ehorn-Adams Funeral Home (10011 N Main St, Richmond, IL 60071). The inurnment will be held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at the Richmond Cemetery (5800 Broadway Rd, Richmond, IL 60071).
