She was predeceased by: her parents, Grant Barlow and Marion Barlow (Lewis); and her father-in-law Henry Donnelly. She is survived by: her husband Bruce; her brother Grant J. Barlow (Cheryl Diane); and her mother-in-law Helen Donnelly.
During COVID, Jeni married her love for sewing, her scientific skills, and love for friends as she designed, produced, and distributed high-powered face masks to keep loved ones, and strangers, safe.
