He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Arndt and Bernice Arndt; his son Timothy Arndt; and his brother Larry Arndt. He is survived by: his daughter Nancy Craig of Evanston, IL; his granddaughters, Heather Perez (Boaz Patlur) of Chicago, IL and Amanda Cozza (Frank) of Anaheim, CA; his great grandchildren, Ellie Perez and Hazael Perez; his sister-in-law Carole Arndt of California; and his cousin James Dailey (Melanie) of Colorado.
