She is survived by: her husband Herb; her children, Herbert Jr. Case (Amy), Julie Case of Antioch, IL and Cheri Patrick (Jamie) of Lindenhurst, IL; her grandchildren, Ethan, Zach, Kyle, Tyler, Kaitlynn, Connor, Alex, Ana, Zoey, Easton and Evelyn; her brothers, John Japuntich (Sue) of Harvard, IL, Kenny Japuntich (Joan) of Beach Park, IL and Mark Japuntich (Cathy) of Wauconda, IL; and her pets, Bissell and Dusty. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
