Marvin Gibson III Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 10, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Marvin Gibson III of Antioch, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Richard Gibson II and Janet Robare; his stepfather Lawrence Robare; Mark Gibson. He is survived by: his children, Danny Gibson (Lindsey), Jordyn Peralta (Roger) and Kyle Gibson (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Leah, Nathan, Addison, Athena, Grayson and Autumn; and his siblings, Pamela Bogaerts, Jon Michael Gibson (Vera), Jeffrey Gibson, Tracy McPeek (Jim) and Stephen Robare (Andrea). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Strang Funeral Home (1055 Main St, Antioch, IL 60002). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Prince of Peace Catholic Church (135 S Milwaukee Ave, Lake Villa, IL 60046).
