He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank G. Horvath and Elma Horvath; his child Ryan Michael Horvath; and his brother Dennis Horvath. He is survived by: his children, Robert Horvath (Jennifer), Jason Horvath (Lorna), Jeffrey Horvath and Jillian Horvath; his grandchildren, McKenna Horvath, Ryan Horvath, Ellery Horvath, Jayden Horvath, Clara Horvath and Henrik Horvath; his siblings, Phillip Horvath (Barbara), Charles Horvath (Nancy), Susan Mazurkiewicz (James) and Martin Horvath; and his sister-in-law Jan Horvath.
