He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Van Patten; his children, Tracy Greene (Eric) and Brenda Pollock (Luke); his grandchildren, Sawyer Case, Sage Case, Jason Greene, Stone Case, Saxon Case, Shaylee Greene, Silas Case and Soren Case; his son-in-law Scott Case; and his sister-in-law Chris Borla.
