He is survived by: his wife Sherry Miller of Apple River, IL; his daughter Samantha Nethery (Mark) of Janesville, WI; his daughter-in-law Sara McAuliffe of Winter Haven, FL; his grandsons, Dawson Nethery and Lincoln McAuliffe; and his sisters, Nancy Monfre (Paul) of O'Fallon, IL and Sue Culp (Jerry) of Edwardsville, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
