He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar N. Clark and Gertie Mae Clark (Parrent); his siblings, Dale, Wayne Clark and Roberta Eaton; and his son-in-law Melvin Skaggs.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara "Barb" Clark of Arcola, IL; his children, Johnny W. Clark of Arcola, IL, Keith Clark (Vicki) of Pahrump, NV, Steve Clark (Rima) of Peoria, AZ and Pamela Collins (Richard) of Vincennes, IN; and his brother Homer Clark of Arcola, IL.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
