He was predeceased by: his parents, James Emanuel and Frances Avonel Clark (Billingsley). He is survived by: his wife Peggy Clark of Arcola, IL; his children, Robert James "Bob" Clark (Cammie) of Arcola, IL and Betsy Jo Mulvaney (John) of Tolono, IL; his grandchildren, Drew Mulvaney (Lindsey) of Tolono, IL, Derek Mulvaney (Kimberly) of Urbana, IL, Chelsey Jenkins (Aaron) of Urbana, IL and Taylor Kueker (Grant) of Sadorus, IL; and his great grandchildren, Blake Stierwalt, Noah Mulvaney, Layla, Sawyer Mulvaney, Piper, Brody Kueker and Cooper Jenkins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Edwards Funeral Home (221 E Main St, Arcola, IL 61910). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
