He is survived by: his wife Kay Gamble of Arcola, IL; his children, Cindy Arthur (Bart) of Galesburg, IL, Scott Shonkwiler of Arcola, IL and Rick Shonkwiler (Janice) of Arcola, IL; his grandchildren, Jeremy Shonkwiler (Stacy), Courtney Shonkwiler (Chris Klapperich), Dr. Ryan Shonkwiler, Bradley Arthur (Allison), Sarah Thomas (Jeff) and Lucas Shonkwiler (Emma); his great grandchildren, Brock, Braden Shonkwiler, Carter Klapperich, Lola, Madilyn, Oliver, Ozcar Shonkwiler, Makenzie, Tanner and Tenley Thomas; and his brother Dee Shonkwiler (Jean) of Savoy, IL..
