We announce the death of Patricia R. (Davidson) Shields Lee of Arcola, Illinois, who passed away on October 2, 2026, at the age of 91. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Lincoln and Grace Evelyn Davidson (Campbell); her former husband Benny Shields; and her stepson Bobby Eugene Lee Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Catherine Grace "Cathy" Shields-Edgar of Arcola, IL, David Dowit "Dave" Shields of Chicago, IL and Richard Thomas "Rick" Shields of Normal, IL; her husband Bob of Arcola, IL; her grandchildren, Calen Arthur Edgar (Kathryn) of Macon, IL, Kyle Benjamin Edgar (Maddie) of Arcola, IL and Hayley Grace Shields (Jimmy Salerno) of Greenville, SC; her stepgrandchildren, Caroline Blair (Kelly) of Big Rapids, MI, Miles Blair (Stephanie) of Galesburg, MI and Amanda Blair of Daphne, AL; her great grandchildren, Emma, Ella, Anthony and Jazmyne; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Henry, Charlie, Maggie, Clive and Timothy; her siblings-in-law, Joyce Shields of Arcola, IL and Fred Shields of Arcola; and her stepson Mark Lee (Elissa) of Carrollton, GA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Edwards Funeral Home (221 E Main St, Arcola, IL 61910). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.

Memorials may be made to Arcola United Methodist Church or the Arcola Public Library.
