He is survived by: his children, Nichole Otayco (Thomas) of Columbus, OH, Bill Mathias of Arcola, IL and Jeff Mathias (Ellen) of Arcola, IL.; his grandchildren, CJ Gomez, Mikey Mathias, Kaylee Mathias and Joshua Mathias; his great grandchildren, Carter, Clay and Carson Gomez; and his sisters, Christine Wells (Darrell) of Sullivan, IL and Karen Jones (Roger) of Decatur, IL..
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to the Emilee Mathias Scholarship Fund or Willow Breeze Hospice House.
