Johnson and Marilyn Boot; his former wife Sharon Goens; his children, Jennifer Alvis (Adam) of Arcola, IL, Janet Johnson (James Foster) of Quilcene, WA, Joy Kline (Jason) of Sullivan, IL and John Johnson (Cori) of Lerna, IL; his sisters, Kimberly Diaz Riddle (Rich) and Cheryl Hunt (Tim); his foster mother Rosie Gray of Lovington, IL; his siblings, Adrian Hayden and Sabrina McCaughan; his foster father Fred Gray; and his brothers-in-law, Charles Goens (Chuck) and Joe Cavannah.
