She is survived by: her husband Ray Crouse of Arcola, Illinois; her children, Amy Jo Adams (Andy) of Troy and Steven Crouse (Linea) of Le Roy; her grandchildren, Jordyn Crouse, Andrew Adams and Anna Adams; her brother Dan Parker of Makanda; and her sister-in-law Pat Williams of Martinsville.

In loving memory of Sherry, memorials may be made to the First Christian Church in Arcola, Illinois.
