He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ivan, Verta Fullerton, Carl and Freda VanDeveer. He is survived by: his parents, Reta Lynn Headrick (VanDeveer) of Arcola, IL and Joe Headrick; and his brothers, Eric Headrick (Kelly) of Arcola, IL, Boyd Headrick (Angel) of Bloomington, IL, Mark Headrick (Tonya) of Tuscola, IL and Brian Headrick (Cheryl) of Mattoon, IL. He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews and 25 great nieces and great nephews.
