In loving memory of Polly Lynn Whitt of Argenta, Illinois, who departed this world on May 23, 2025 at the age of 59. Polly Lynn leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Whitt. She is survived by: her parents, Ward DeFore and Hazel DeFore (Boyd); her siblings, Todd DeFore of Oreana, IL, Peggy Schoenhals of Knoxville, TN and Penny Jones (David) of Catlin, IL; her nieces and nephews, Jessica Olson (Brandon), Noah DeFore, Justin Schoenhals and Jordan Jones; her great-nephews, Ayce, Eli and Issac; and her close friend Michael. She is also survived by parents, grandparents, many aunts and uncles.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Calvert & Wikoff North Chapel (4020 N Water St, Decatur, IL 62526). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

Memorials are suggested to American Diabetes Association or American Cancer Society.
