She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Herr and Joy Herr; her husband Jack J. Kearns; her daughter Judy A. Doran (late Dennis); and her brother Gary Herr (Mary).
She is survived by: her son Alan P. Kearns (Debra); her grandchildren, Jennifer Kareka (Stephen) and Brian Doran (Sarah Sampson); and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Brianna, Anthony and Tyler.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the First United Methodist Church of Palatine (123 N Plum Grove Rd, Palatine, IL 60067). A committal service was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the Memory Gardens Cemetery (2501 E Euclid Ave, Arlington Heights, IL 60004).
