He is survived by: his wife Janie Burrel; his children, Janeen Burrel and Eric Burrel; his siblings, Linda Roberts (Jimmie), Celestine Burrel, Gloria Wright (Willie), Sherry Burrel-Badji (Abdoulaye) and Louis Burrel III (Gwendolyn); his siblings-in-law, Debbie Culberson (Roy), Pamela Gibbs (Raymond) and Howard James Moore Jr.; and his aunt Katherine Fenison of Crossett, Arkansas.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
