She was predeceased by: her parents, Christos Megalis and Demetra Megalis; her husband Dimitrios Morikis; and her siblings, Andrianna Marantos (George) and Gus Megalis (Anna).

She is survived by: her daughters, Katherine Arvanitis (Ted) and Diane Diamond (Tom); her grandchildren, Paige Kaiteris (Phillip), Peter Arvanitis (Becca), Steffani Diamond and Georgia Diamond; her great grandchild Theodosios "Theo" Arvanitis; and her siblings, Peter Megalis (Dina), Steve Megalis, Pat Walker (Bill) and John Megalis.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St Lazarus Chapel at Ridgewood Memorial Park Cemetery or Greek American Rehab Care Center Wheeling Il.
