She was predeceased by: her father Peter Nickele; her husband Peter Bertolini; her son Paul Bertolini; her brothers, Louis Nickele and Robert Nickele; and her siblings-in-law, Russell Krumsee and Joy Maier (William).
She is survived by: her children, Peter Bertolini (Jennifer) and Julie Murtaugh (John); her grandchildren, Joseph (Amanda), Elizabeth, Natalie and Matthew; her siblings, Dora Gramarossa (James) and Richard Nickele; and her sister-in-law Livia Krumsee. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
