He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry J. Mazurek and Evelyn P. Mazurek. He is survived by: his wife Mary E.; his sons, John Henry (Kristina) and Andrew (Kristy); and his grandchildren, Mia, Kalina, Kasenia and Maximus "Max".
