He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard and Katherine (Zuercher); and his siblings, Richard, Barbara Horna (George) and Paul (Oxana).
He is survived by: his spouse Patrice (Simpson); his child Thomas; his siblings, Kathy Ippoliti (Keith), Bonnie Fliss (Al) and Clement; his siblings-in-law, Mary (Simpson) and James Purciarello; and his siblings' children, Beth Majerus, Justin Ippoliti, Alexander, Andrew Fliss, Dominic and Anthony Purciarello.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Raymond of Penafort Catholic Church (301 S I Oka Ave, Mt Prospect, IL 60056).
